Flu Vaccinations We are now able to offer flu vaccination appointments. Click here to find out whether you are eligible for a free vaccine or call the practice to book your appointment. If you have a Saturday appointment please download a Flu Form to bring with you. 


Type 1 Opt Out: The way NHS Digital handles some patient data is changing on the 1st of July. You can find more information here. If you want to "opt out" of NHS Digital using your data in this way you must complete this form and return it to us before 23rd June 2021. 


Dr Claire Laband Sadly our GP Dr Claire Laband has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She has been a much loved GP partner at Cheddar Medical Centre for many years, and was already planning to retire later in 2021. She has now had to leave her clinical work abruptly in order to undergo treatment. For those patients who would like to pass on their good wishes to Dr Laband, please send emails to Cheddarmc.chedmed@nhs.net with the subject "Claire Laband Retirement". We will ensure these good wishes are passed on to her.

The NHS offers free online courses which cover areas of bowel disease including; Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and dietary advice. These can be accessed here.
